Team members — who can sign in to your practice
Team members is the list of people allowed to sign in to your practice. Each person has a role that decides what they can do once inside. Add someone here and your practice opens up to them; remove them and they’re locked out.
How to use it
Open Settings → Team. You’ll see everyone with access, their role, and any invites that haven’t been taken up yet.
- Enter your teammate’s email in the Invite box.
- Pick a role — Front desk & clinical staff is the safe default if you’re unsure; Practice manager runs the practice day to day.
- Press Invite. It shows under Pending invites until they sign in.
- To change someone’s access later, pick a new role on their row.
A pending invite stays in the list until the person accepts it. If someone didn’t get theirs, you can resend or cancel it from their row.
Worked example
Dr. Nok hires a new hygienist who’ll help with social posts. Dr. Nok opens Team members, presses Invite, types the hygienist’s email, and picks the Front desk & clinical staff role. The invite shows as pending. The hygienist accepts it from her inbox, signs in, and lands in the shared practice — same Library, same brand. A month later she’s helping run the front desk too, so Dr. Nok bumps her to Practice manager in one click.
