Activity — who did what, and when

Some questions need a definitive answer: who recorded that consent? When was that post pulled back? Who looked at this patient’s record? The Activity tab answers them — every action in the practice is recorded the moment it happens, including the automatic ones the studio performs on your behalf (those appear as System).

How to use it

  1. Open Settings → Activity.
  2. Search by a name or word, or filter to an area — Patients, Consents, Posts, Team.
  3. Press Export CSV when you need the log as a spreadsheet — for an audit, an insurer, or your own records.
Why patient entries are kept longer

Most activity is kept for two years. Anything touching patients or consents is kept for at least six — consent history has to outlive marketing convenience, because that’s the window in which you may need to prove what a patient agreed to.

Worked example

A patient calls asking exactly when her photos stopped being used. The practice manager opens Activity, types the patient’s reference, and reads the trail aloud: consent withdrawn on the 10th, the scheduled post pulled back the same minute, the live Facebook post confirmed removed the next morning. One export later, the patient has it in writing.
