Help — guides for every screen
Every screen in your practice has a short guide behind it. You don’t need to find the right page — the app knows which one matches where you are. The fastest way in is the Help button in the top bar, which opens a drawer with the guide for your current screen, so you can read it without losing your place.
Two ways to read
The Help button in the top bar opens a drawer over whatever you’re doing. It shows the page for the screen you’re on — mid-task, no searching. Close it and you’re back exactly where you were.
When you want to browse or look something up, open the full guide. There you can search by keyword and move between areas — Photo Studio, Growth, Reports, Patients, and the rest. Every page links to related ones at the foot, so following a thread is easy. Both routes show the same content, so a link you copy from the drawer opens the same page for a teammate.
Editing pages
If you’re signed in as a super-admin, you can fix any page. Each one has an edit option that opens the text with simple formatting tools; save, and the change goes live for everyone within seconds. The edit option is hidden for everyone else, so there’s nothing to break by reading. Spot a typo, a stale line, or a missing step — fix it, and the next person lands on the corrected page.
