Settings — where you set up your practice
Settings is the back room of your practice. You don’t visit it every day, but what you set here shapes everything else — the name on your work, who can sign in, what they’re allowed to do, and how your plan refills your credits.
What’s in here
Settings is split into a few clear areas:
- Studio profile — your practice’s name and brand details, the public information clients see.
- Team members — the people allowed to sign in to your studio, and any invites still pending.
- Roles — what each person can see and do once they’re in.
- Billing & credits — your plan, your credit balance, and your usage.
Who opens it
Most of Settings is for owners and managers. Your stylists and therapists rarely need it — they sign in and get straight to work. You’ll come here once when you first set up the studio, then a handful of times a year as your team or your plan changes.
